He has decades of experience leading teams in building and progressively developing and maintaining large software products across many years and many release cycles. He has a distinctively clear manner of thinking, and excels in agile information modeling, cryptography, SQL Server, Active Directory, design for and analysis of system performance, mostly using Ruby, C++, C#, SQL and ORM2.
